Meet your attorney
Meet Attorney Alexis Falvello
Before focusing on private practice, Alexis served as a prosecutor with the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office. Her work in the Vehicular Homicide Division gave her experience examining crash evidence and preparing cases for court.
Today, that investigative background informs her work for injured clients. Depending on the case, she may look beyond a police report to photographs, witness information, camera footage or additional professional investigation.
She also takes time to understand how an injury affects the person living with it—from work and family responsibilities to ordinary activities that have become difficult.

Questions about getting started
The starting point is an individual review of what happened, how you were injured and the available evidence. Contact Falvello Law to discuss your circumstances; a description online cannot determine whether you have a claim.
Bring what you already have: accident or incident reports, photographs, witness information, medical documents, insurance paperwork and communications about the incident. You can still contact the firm if some records are not yet available.
